My take on Johnny Guitar Watson's greatest hit. I kept my arrangement as sparse as possible, the way clean funk is supposed to be. The only upgrade is a touch of Clavi-Craw.

My advice to young players of any genre: Study J.G. Watson, his sense of humor, timing, and amazing morphology from '50's gutbucket bluesman to 70's pimp funkster..He's on a level all his own!
